TWOZ Video Play-through 02

Video: RPG Maker Game “the Wizard of Ooze” 02 – “The Depths”

I've got a new video play-through series of 11 videos I'm releasing on YouTube over the next week, playing through my fist full-release game demo in the RPG Maker MV engine, "the Wizard of Ooze".

In number 2 we kick off the game play with level 1, "The Depths". Thrown down into the depths below the dungeon, stripped of your gear and beaten to within 20% of your health and mana, you've been given up to the oozes that slink about below, subsisting on garbage and stuff thrown down there to eat on, like you... The first level of the Wizard of Ooze is an obvious Pac-Man homage, because the first thing you want to do when you get a new video game engine, is make a Pac-Man clone!

I started a Playlist on YouTube so you can catch all of them there.

TWOZ Video Play-through 01

Video: RPG Maker Game “the Wizard of Ooze” 01 – “The Apex”

I've got a new video play-through series of 11 videos I'm releasing on YouTube over the next week, playing through my fist full-release game demo in the RPG Maker MV engine, "the Wizard of Ooze".

In number 1 of the series I discuss The APEX, a level that started out as a Developer's solution for game testing during development and became a "GodMode" level for anyone that might want to suit up any armor at any level and head straight to the level of their choosing. Or play the whole thing in with one punch kill. Or turn off the Hints or the Ads. Testers and Players, welcome to The APEX.

I started a Playlist on YouTube so you can catch all of them there.
